On Saturday December 10^th, after popular demand, PT Events return its showpiece to the beloved Maassilo in Rotterdam: Grotesque Indoor Festival #250! After a sold out 2015 edition in Utrecht, Grotesque gears up to make the 2016 closing party another one for the books – and take that genuine festival vibe indoors. With no less than 3 different areas, a brand new sound system, a diverse line-up that’ll please the most dedicated trance, techno and house fans, as well as a wide range of surprising entertainment, Grotesque Indoor Festival #250 invites everyone to join in and have a blast.

Grotesque returns to Maassilo

With a brand new and refined sound system, Grotesque is more than happy to return to Maassilo. With her unique, industrial character, centrally located in Rotterdam and plenty of space to do everything PT Events has in mind for this grand edition, it made perfect sense to settle in the beautiful, mysterious grain mill. Considering parking can be a bit of a hassle, the organization arranged a secured parking lot for only 10 euro. Despite the venue being at 5 minutes walking distance, PT Events does provide shuttles busses.

Area 1 & 2: Grotesque – with the finest in Trance

Known for her leading line-ups, Grotesque has spared no expenses to make this edition an even better one. Trance heroes such as John O’Callaghan, Sean Tyas, Vini Vici, Mark Sixma and RAM, will be rocking 2 incredible areas, alongside rising talents like Dimension, Ucast and Stephen Kirkwood. And that’s a line-up not even near completion. A list of must-see names who won’t only shake the foundations of the Maassilo on December 10^th, but whose musical impact will be remembered long after date.

Area 3: Hosted by Lucien Foort & Friends – with the best in house, tech-house and techno

For the 250 edition, Grotesque is going more diverse than ever before. With a third area, hosted by Rotterdam house legend Lucien Foort, Grotesque Indoor Festival 250 will also offer a dancing temple to house, tech-house and techno lovers. With DJ’s like Lucien Foort, Erick E, TFX Live  and many more to be added to the line-up, it’s shaping into an unmistakable celebration of musical diversity.

The festival vibe: Festival Market, Silent Disco, Lounge, Art, Theater & more

From market stalls and circus acts to street theater, fortune tellers and art displays, Grotesque Indoor Festival will be a special experience, offering an abundance of entertainment. Have a make-over done in the Beauty Salon, go wild in the Silent Disco, grab a bite in the food court or take it easy in our impressive lounge area. With our theme indoor festival and a suitable dress code being ‘White-Fluor-Disco’, it’ll be a modern trip to the infamous, illegal warehouse raves of old – brought to you with the festival vibe of the future. An extraordinary event that visitors will remember for a long time to come.
