'The Track That...' with The Thrillseekers
In the business for so many years, but released his debute album only 3 months ago after working on it for almost a decade. A good moment to do the 19th 'The Track That...'-interview with none other than true legend The Thrillseekers.

The track that I wish I’d produced is...
Robert Miles – Children. It’s the track that defined a generation, so beautifully crafted and trail blazing at the time. It was probably the first electronic track that you could hear on every single radio station driving through every European city at the time, and beyond!

The track that could make a grown man cry is...
The Verve – The Drugs Don’t Work. It’s one of my favourite tracks from one of my all-time favourite albums. If I’m feeling sad, tears come easy when I listen to this one.

The track that never fails to put a smile on my face is...
Zoe – Sunshine On A Rainy Day. Don’t ask me why, I don’t know! It’s just a guilty pleasure of mine.

The track that I’m playing at every gig at the moment is...
I’d have to go with Amber, even though it’s over a year old now. I don’t think I could ever get bored of the feeling that I get when I see the smiles (and tears) on the dance floor ever time I play it. It’s the best feeling in the world; it’s why I do what I do.

The track that isn’t electronic dance music, but rocks all the same is...
Snow Patrol – Chasing Cars. Such a deep and emotive track – everything that I look for in music.

The track that should been in a movie is...
My track with Stine Grove ‘How Will I Know’ from my album Escape is crying out to be on a sound track. Hope there are some movie directors reading this! Haha!

The track that is so perfect in its original form it should never be touched by man nor remixer is...
Chicane – Offshore. It’s the track that solidified my decision that trance was for me, not just as a producer, but also a lifestyle. It’s just perfect in every way.

The track that changed my life is...
I’d have to choose a Depeche Mode track here, but which one is a hard decision. But, I’m gonna go with Enjoy The Silence. Almost every track they released changed my life in some way during the 80s and 90s. For sure my biggest influence, and I’m totally envious that Mike (Push) won a chance to meet them yesterday in New York while they rehearsed for their upcoming tour.

The track that I just have to put out there is...
My club mix of Stay (Here With Me) with Shannon Hurley. I much prefer the album version, but it just didn’t quite have the energy for the dance floors.
