In April, Tijs Verwest (DJ Tiesto) will release his brand new artist album, "Elements Of Life". This new release is officially labeled as Tiesto's third artist album to date, once again affirming Tiesto's status as not only a serious performer, but also as a serious musician.

"I am very excited about my new album and the new single from the album called 'In The Dark,'" Tiesto states. "It's a very experimental piece of work and combines the style of rock with trance and electronic. The vocals are done by Christian Burns, who I met through MySpace. This is the first time that I have combined these different genres, I have always liked rock music so it made sense."
The album includes already familiar tunes, such as the worldwide phenomenon, "Dance4Life", co-written with Maxi Jazz, one half of the renowned duo Faithless, and "He's A Pirate", a track he remixed for the movie "Pirates Of The Carribean".
Tiesto collaborates with several artists on this album, including Brian Transeau (BT), vocalists Jes, Charlotte Martin, and Julie Thompson, and Dirty South on remix duties.
To support the release Tiesto will go on a world tour for a year. He will be appearing at the Versace Mansion in Miami March 22, at the Ultra Festival in Miami March 23, and on the Coachella Music and Arts Festival main stage April 28 in Indio, Calif.
