Ive had this song stuck in my head since i heard it back in 2000-2001. I dont know the artist or the name of the song. any help would be great. The only lyrics i remember were "Today... The sun is shining.... Today.... no one is crying"  The vocals were female. Ive tried searching every combination of the lyrics but all i get is DT8 and thats deffinetly not it.
