This tune was played on ASOT last night.

SvD seems to love remixing pop songs.

Sounds OK to me. Not great, but decent tune.

Tbh, I hate his mixes of popsongs (like King Bee's 'Back by Dopedemand'). And this one is no different. I already don't like Robbie Williams. For me he's THE example of commercial shit. Taking tunes and parts of lyrics from other songs and make a new one of it. It's just too easy. Last ASOT had the worst start possible with this track.  Yelling

But on the other hand, I don't like many of SvD's other tracks either. Too techy for my liking. Only 'Riff' is really good. And he started his career pretty good IMO. I've seen him perform a couple of years ago on Armada Night at Ocean Diva, where he played after Armin van Buuren and I thought his set was better than AvB. But that was the last good thing I've heard from him. Seen him also at the mainstage of Trance Energy I believe 2 years ago and it wasn't anything like that anymore. But that's also maybe due to the terrible atmosphere and venue of Trance Energy's mainstage.

I'm not keen on SvD's stuff either. Purple Haze stuff was nice, but then he became too techy and I think Apple is quite a hard track to listen to cos it hurts my eyes, particularly the Schossow remix.

As for this remix, it's crap and shouldn't be in ASOT.

Listened to it today. It's a pretty boring song, IMO. There's not much going on here. This was almost as bad as the Apologize remix, which just took the song's main chorus and then attached some generic beats and synths to it. I don't really have anything against Sander. I haven't heard enough of him, but he does have some nice ones out there. He has some good ideas, but I think he just needs to tie it all in a little better. The techy-ness doesn't bother me so much in how nice it sounds (it's OK), but that it plays a central role in the song isn't really such a good thing. From what I'm seeing lately, there's not much to see here folks. Move along....
