Ye, me too. First year in years I won't see him for the whole year

I had the chance at Queensday, but cz of a stupid attack on our Queen with casualties, the program got resceduled and I missed him. He won't do a lot of gigs in Holland this year at all. He will be in Breda on the 11th of July, when I'm in England and at Evolution in September, when I'm in Crete. And it has been announced that that will already be his last gig in Holland So only 3 times in Holland this year I'm still hoping he will come for the Amsterdam Dance Event, but I guess that's wishful thinking

Yeah, but it's still gonna be at least another four to six years before I'm out of school, and I'm pretty isolated from the whole club scene (which means traveling long distances). My best bet will probably be Canada. LOL. I just hope I can catch Armin for my first experience.

I need to catch up with what they play. Haven't heard a set from them nor a TATW episode in a while. Not sure what it's gonna be like tomorrow, but last time they were here, I was not disappointed.

Also, more than 90% of the trance nights here are on Thursdays, since the weekends are reserved for commercial cheesy stuff. I kinda like it being on Thursdays, because the club is not too crowded then.

The last 2 times I saw them were in August at Mysteryland and also 2 months ago at Trance Energy. Both times it was as I wrote and as they always do when I see tracklists of them. A typical producers set. Almost only promoting their own tracks, it's not what DJing is about. And well ye, besides their own tracks, also promoting tracks from their own label Anjunabeats...

Don't forget their Anjunadeep label. They usually play a few of those as well, from what I've seen of tracklistings.

Is that really a bad thing though? Armin always plays mostly Armada stuff, Tiesto plays alot of his own stuff, but no one complains. Plus in my honest opinion, Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep material has always been waaay better than Armada's

To stay on topic: Sounds like good weekends you guys will have. For me it will be regular days, as always. I live in town with like 8000 people, there aren't even such thing as clubs here

In Large Festivals they tend to play a lot of there own stuff but so does everyone else. However in small clubs they play all sorts of stuff!
