Wow, I was glad I was sitting down when I read this. What a massive blow! With the IRS being a weekly highlight and the Intuition Events as annual highlights, I will miss the Intuition brand very much! Yes, he's going to produce more and I can't wait to finally hear his first artist album, but there are simply no events like the Intuition events. The relaxed atmosphere, so many DJs just visiting and walking in the crowd, the massive line-ups, everything. It will take some time to get over this news. It's very sad, it's almost like a good friend of mine will pass away.

R.I.P. Intuition :*(

Yeah as I said such a shame, I loved the Intuition radio show and wasted many an evening here listening to it.

I also never got to go to any of the events. Best of luck for him, will be interesting to see if this means a style change as well......:O

Such a shame :(

Anyone knows the reason behind this? Financial, time, anything else?

Intuition was among the better trance labels out there. Where will Menno continue releasing his material next?

By the way, I changed the title of the article. I think it's more descriptive this way. Hope it's Ok.

I think it's a time issue. Last year he told me already he didm't have much time left with the weekly radioshow and all. And I'm sure the events also took a lot of his time. To find out 2 DJs of your line-up are cancelling. Maybe that was the drop at last Intuition Summer Festival. Back then he also told me he wanted to release his first artist album... last summer. Appearently he didn't have time for that either. At that time he also just moved to a new studio, so I'm guessing he wants to use it ;)

I'm glad he will still do a radioshow, being it monthly instead tho. I will miss his events the most tho. Such a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, with really good line-ups, Menno being there with his family, DJs, no matter who, walking in the crowd, talking to everybody. Very often DJs visiting that don't even play... That all together made the Intuition Festivals unique in the world. I will miss that very much, 3 times a year, but I will have to thank Menno very much for all the joy that it has given me :)

PS. No problem with the title change. I saw later on also that it wasn't an attractive title, but I did this quickly at work. I thought this is from such importance that it couldn't a couple of hours.

Do you think there is a possibility of him restarting the brand in the future? He might not know how to use his spare time.

I think he has well thought of it and didn't think this over in one night. So no, I don't think a return of the Intuition brand is likely :(

Very very sad of this. Intuition label was great, one of those that still kept true trance spirit alive, and I will miss it. Same can be said about radioshow, it was one of the best. Guess my days as live listener is over.

I don't understand tho, why start a new radioshow? It won't feel the same.

I think he's starting a new radioshow, cz he's quitting the brandname Intuition. I believe his new radioshow will be just as awesome, just another name. And instead of listening live every week, we just have to listen live once a month. But we can still listen live :D

But ye shame about the label as well. Another great independent label is lost :*(

PS. I sound happy in the first part, but to be honest, I'm still mourning :*(
