Goldeneye 007.  This legendary James Bond film was first released in 1995.  Two years later in 1997, it was made into a First Person Shooter video game exclusively for the Nintendo 64.  Because of its amazing storyline and multiplayer modes, this game won various awards was even on Nintendo's PLAYER'S CHOICE list!  Even hardcore gamers still pwn enemies on this game to this day!

As the years went on, Nintendo, the distributor of the game, wanted to distribute the game on its Virtual Console Retro Game Store.  However, in 2002, Rare, the UK-Based company which Nintendo hired to develop the game, was bought out by Microsoft, makers of the Wii's Archnemesis, the XBOX 360.  Because of this complicated situation, legal stipulations could not allow the original game to be sold on either the Wii's or XBOX 360's online services.

Now Activision owns the rights to produce James Bond video games and as a result, this legendary and wildly popular game will finally resurface exclusively for the Wii!

The game will feature the same exact storyline as the original.  However, Activision went the extra mile to not only satisfy feelings of nostaligia, but to satisfy the needs of this generation's games!

This remake will include, but not be limited to:

• Enhanced Graphics from the original


• Actual Voice acting instead of the Subtitles. James Bond will be played by Daniel Craig, who was in CASINO ROYALE & QUANTUM OF SOLACE.


• An Online Multiplayer mode!  So you can play with friends or gamers abroad


• 8 more characters from Classic Bond films.


• More features exclusive to this remake!

Expect to see it in stores this November!

I hope so. I haven't played 3rd, but am massive fan of Ultimate Doom, Doom 2, and Final Doom. I heard Doom 3 was pretty bad, so hope they will do better
