I had terrible hangovers last weekend after drinking on friday and then saturday night.

What do you guys do to ease your hangovers?

no, seriously... did you tried coffee?

ive seen these pills around. Called hangover cures or something. never tried them. But they do exist.

Not a big coffee fan. I go with lemon + mineral water and cold shower.

This is a spanish remedy, or more around latino/mexicans. Look around your area for a soup called Menudo, im pretty sure it might be hard to find out of the USA/Central america areas, but it very much helps hangovers.

Hangovers are caused by dehydration and the swelling of your tissues. So, just drink a glass of water before you go to bed.

a couple of the same drink of last night!!! this is the best cure for hangover!!

The water is not a cure. In Costa Rica we have a sentence, el agua no la cura pero como ayuda!! jejeje

Or a kind of soup called: vuelve a la vida!!

-water (becoz we will dehydrated so much!!!) and fresh coconut water,,,,

or in my country has drink only for hangover,it  called JIGUJA,,, it made from natural ingredients,,, the taste so yuck, but it works really good,,,

Yea, lots of water before bed, or between drinks!

And a glass of cold chocolatemilk in the morning!

There is a drug out there called "CHASER".  Just take it when u are finished drinking and you will either not have a hangover or have a less severe one

ive been to some pretty intense drinkin parties over the past couple of years, fortunately i dont get hangovers till much, much, much later and they arnt very strong. example being my bro's 18th, i had half a carton of woodstocks, 5 beers and some cruisers and i didnt feel anythin like a hangover till lyk 2 tha next day. Yey! 

i dunno what it is but the bad thing is i dont know where to stop whereas others do, so i could be doin damge, especially bein so young.

there is a host of things people suggest, like eating a fried breakfast, drinking more, YES drink more and taking vitamins and stuff. perhaps just sleepin it off is the best.

That's a lot of alcohol you're talking about there. And yes, it is dangerous if you don't know when to stop.

its not as much as u think and it was progressive drinking. I'm not that stupid.

I'm not like an alcoholic. i havnt drunk as much ever b4. thats probably the worst thing to do!
