How come its so difficult to download this DJs sets or podcasts? Is it because he is so well known? I do like his stuff but its becoming more difficult to actually hear any of it and others will, I think eventually overtake him

I presume most cant get hold of Oakenfolds podcasts.

$$$$ that's why some people have to pay for copyright laws.

Never been sure how all that works.
Who gains when  a top DJ includes a song in a mix set, the artist that wrote and performed the song or the DJ? Im sure the Dj gives out no royalties..............
