yes sir haha i actually changed it this past week but i've been so busy with school and work that i haven't had time to mention it.  My original name was Roberto Castro;talk about lame haha, i never liked my last name so i just decided to change it and what better name to change it to than the legendary Mr. Tijs

lol its cuz i never liked my last name it was my dads last name and he divorced my mom when i was 2 i think. since high school i been wanting to change it i just never actually did it until now

Steve, hey Congrats!  That is a cool name fur sure!  I personally like it better than Robert Castro to be  honest.    

My given name is Robert, but I don't have any friends, so noone ever calls me that.   I got a pet rabbit though, but he doesnt' talk much!   (poops a lot though) 

Hey but you know what, there are a lot of famous Roberts though......

-Robert Conrad  (wild wild west)
-Robert Deniro
-Robert Wagner  
-Robet Redford

Just to name a few!

and then there are a few infamous Roberts.............

Thats funny lmao how old is your rabbit?..i feel the same way i mean i like my first name just not my last name.  My family was not surprised at all cuz i've been talking about changing it for years they just didnt know when it was going to happen until i told them and yea its gonna be interesting to see what happens on how my friends get confused;i for one am gonna have a laugh everytime they mess up haha

I actually thought about just changing my last name but in the end i just decided to change it completely. There is no particular reason as to whyi changed it and why  i don't like my last name, i just didn't like it; simple as that

    Robert Forte Rio would have been cool too, but Steve Forte Rio is just as Cool.    Hey why not! Robert Castro was really your given name, and not a name that you PERSONALLY CHOSE for yourself.

Oh the rabbit is about a 6 month old Cottontail that I saved about a week ago in the backyard.  It received a spinal cord injury while being chased by a cat, and it's hind legs were completely paralyzed.

  I am using a HI TECH Low Level Laser on it's injury and within a week the rabbit is now using it's hind legs to hop and to walk, a little.  Amazing!

Wow, seems a bit weird for me, but I have no idea how much your name bothered you. I can imagine that when your dad left, you didn't like your last name. Personally I would've chosen my mothers name then (or my wifes name when we got married), but if this makes you happy, then I'm happy for you! Congrats mate!

Na it didnt bother me at all i mean i liked my original first name but i didnt like my last name for no particular reason; i just didnt lol. My mom told me to get her last name but i just didnt like the way it sounds haha i get bordd of things really fast which probably means why i wanted to change my last name so i guess that could be a reason.

Very good point thats exactly what i was thinking all these yrs i mean your rite the name was given to me i didnt chose it. That is AMAZING Do you have a picture of her?
