sure, I work out a bit, not a fan of body building, after you start getting cut [first year of serious work outs] you only look worse and worse, I can dig up the pics if I have to, and martial arts, I would love to learn Muai Thai [sp?] and Hapkido, if I knew how to get started, lol

Hi buddy i'm gonna start doing the weights myself, basically to be in better shape and gain a bit of lean mass. I was wondering if you could guide me on a good diet so that I can gain some noticeable weight, I've always had trouble in this department and would like to correct that just don't know where to start lol, so if you know of any tips or hints would really appreciate that mate!

Maui Thai is very effective from of martial arts, I'm a big fan of the legend Bruce Lee and martial arts is something that interests me greatly also. Try checking out some books on it I'm sure it could get you started in some way!

Hey, good to hear, let me kno a little bit about your build; tall, short, big, medium, small, and your goal, six pac n definition or muscle man status, or somewhere in between, hehe.

I actually cought a Special on how Bruce Lee changed the world, he was a very bright man, his philosophy is great and the form of martial arts he created follows that philosophy, no unnecessary moves, just quick and precise. I forgot what the martial art was called, but I could look that up as well
Seeing him do the 1 inch punch and 2 finger push-up is Amazing

Very bright indeed not only did he teach self defense but also taught philosophy and ways of life and to know yourself. I have a marvelous book in my possession written by Bruce while he was out for a year with a broken back, yeah that's right a fractured Spine incredible. The book is called Tao of Jeet Kune Do (available in over 30 languages), that was his form that he created, emphasizing that the best way of fighting was not to follow a system of rehearsed, pre practiced moves and rules, but rather to allow the natural tools of the body (punches, kicks etc) to flow freely. I really recommend anyone interested in him to obtain this book, I will be studying it more myself lol. The two finger push up he done is nothing short of amazement!

Hehe, I see. Yeah, I'll have to take a look, I'm 6'10 ~300 lbs, lol
Any good workout routine should be adaptable, we'll just have to cut the diet in half  ^_^
