Hi!

I need some advise in regards to purchasing music(trance) in South Africa we have limited resources where we can purchase Trance music and if we can get it it is verry limited.
trance that i am looking for is Similar to Skazi/infected mushroom/Asterix/ basically any good music that is out there ,we have lots of music stores here but they dont sell trance,and if they do it is trance house wich to me is not as trance is or should be.
if there is any one that can help in this regard i would be over the moon,i know that there is a lot and i have been on the last FM site and i couldnt believe how much is out there and trance in this country is verry undergroun,and because of that it is verry special for our trance comunity here, but as i said it is realy hard to find a good and reasonable suplier.
any advise on this will be much apreciated.

I have to say Sun Project rock's they played at a trancgresion part here in the SA at a Hanger at the end of the runway in Cape Town international in Jully 2006 and at a Vortex in December that was definantly one to remeber.

Yeah, their live shows are breathtaking. They play their guitar samples live.

Astrix makes good guitar tracks too, and so does Talamasca. Parasense were a great dark psy duo, unfortunately one of their members died earlier this year Their music is definitely worth checking out though. Astral Projection are the gods of goa trance, living legends

Parasense are they the guys who did the Metalica re mixes? I remember when those mixes first hit our party floors especialy the outdoor's ones, people went off and they were amongst the favourites played by our DJ,s. You said that Asterix has Guitar pics in his music also,(wouldnt happened to know which of his albums carry those?) if there is one thing i am looking for it is trance with guitaring in them. 
Talamasca I have to say rocks!! i had the privilage to see him play at a party here, and even up and untill today i have not seen anyone that gives such a great preformance ,he not only gripped the crowd with his music but his performance in the sense of how he interacts with the crowd is absolutaly awesome.
Astral Projection i have to say i will definantly check out sound as thou they are on the top shelves. Thanks for the inside information it is really nice and apreciated.

I know Skazi remixed Metallica, never heard about Parasense doing that. They remixed a beautiful old Russian song called Vesna, and IMO it's one of their best productions.

Astrix has guitar tracks on this album. "On Fire" has some great guitars in it, Techno Widows too. Check the samples, it's a very good album.
