It has been announced that Kim Jong-Il, Dictator/Ruler of North Korea, has passed away of myocardial infarction at the age of 69 or 70. The reason there are two ages is because Russian records list his date of birth as 1941.02.16, while the North Korean government records state that he was born a year later. The Soviet Union occupied North Korea for a while after World War II.
