LOL, don't worry about it, Ben. It's still my birthday for a little more than an hour over here, anyway.

Thanks for the birthday wishes, everybody! It was a rather busy day for me, actually. I went to take my driving test and got my driver's license, and I replaced my broken earpieces for my MP3 player and bought a wireless mouse for my laptop (I hate using the mouse pad on those things!). I also did some work for my former English teacher in the way of creating worksheets for his new class. All in all, it was a decent day. Only down part to today was when my brother called, giving us all some bad news, so I'm pretty bummed about that. But anyway, I'm still trying to get my laptop ready for internet use - I'm going to be online a lot more often once it's done.

Sorry to hear you had bad news on your birthday! Mine was also like that, when my mom came home saying her store would be closing in two weeks (it's now closed and she's unemployed for some time.)

Hopefully now, you'll be able to get some mixes and watch Youtube videos on your new comp?

Yeah, my brother called us while we were out this morning. He told us that his deployment date to Afghanistan was moved ahead of schedule. Not only that, but they were going to move him from the background where the computer jobs are and putting him out into the front lines. So we're all going to be really worried about him when he leaves December 15.

Hehe, probably not, actually. We're going to get satellite internet because we can't get anything else but dial-up out here, and there's a download/upload limit per month that we can't exceed unless we want to get knocked back down to dial-up speed. Maybe a couple a month, but I'm going to wait until I can use the college's computers to mainly do that. I am hoping to purchase a new CD or two sometime this summer, however. I came up a bit short last time to get "Imagine - The Remixes" along with "Nyana". I'm still looking for "Shivers" but I haven't had much luck there in two years.
