hows the club scene/nightlife there?

It's getting better lately but it's still not good enough.
As it's a small country, the big events are held mostly in the capital. In the town where I live, we have the most popular nightlife in the country and nice clubs, but the music is mostly mainstream and you can hardly find any DJs that play new music.

The psy trance scene however is quite nice, perhaps one of the best in this part of Europe. There have been few open festivals this summer.

Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA  Not much trance here - mostly hip-hop and country.  I keep hoping, tho.

Dallas, Tx. The trance scene is actually pretty good, we have some locals who spin often at clubs like the Lizard Lounge, club Blue, and Seven. Tiesto and PVD come at least once a year and a lot more Djs have been coming. It's also 4 hrs away from Houston and you can also drive to Austin or San Antonio. Saw Tiesto in Austin this month & PVD @ Blue and Gabriel & Dresden this weekend then Ferry Corsten 10/6. More in October: Carl Cox then Deep Dish in Nov.

Tight schedule you got there

Born in Richmond, VA but currently live in Pompano, Florida.  Here, Trance became really popular in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001.  However, in 2002 and 2003, Rock and Hip-Hop became more commonplace.  In the last three years, thanks to bands like DHT & Cascada, Trance is now regaining its popularity.
