Is it a verification code thing? Make sure your typing the right ones that are shown in the image. Does seem a bit strange though as i've never had such a thing from PM's.

Hi!
The pm system was configured in a way to make users with less than 5 posts input a CAPTCHA field. This was done to prevent bots from sending mass spam messages. You should be able to send now.
