First of all, I appreciate all the uploads and the work you guys are doing here.

However, I find it very strange that you provide a dozen mirrors for each file but systematically leave out rapidshare.

I think it is the leading filehoster and most people who buy a premium acc buy it on rapidshare.
Why would anyone spend  money on crappy, little used filehosters like narod.ru, zshare, badongo....???

I don't get it, it pisses me off everytime . maybe some kind of conspiracy against RS...  :/

Most of the radioshows are recorded and distributed by URtrancezone, so it is their choice. And Narod is far from being bad host. It has zero waiting times, and no download limits. Only disadvantage i can see is it being russian, which doesn't bother me, since it is one of my main languages. Plus sometimes it is impossible to download anything from rapidshare due to country limits.

I'm not boycotting Rapidshare at all. In fact, I upload everything with Rapidshare.

Rapidshare has improved massively. The free collector's account has been replaced by the free premium account. That means uploads up until 500Mb instead of 200Mb and a good well organized way of showing all your uploads. Much better than anything else I've seen! And the server hasn't been overloaded for a loooong time now

All you mentioned right now Remco, were the improvements about uploads. People are having a lot of problems downloading a file from RapidShare because of their 15 minutes waiting for download, and for DSL users is even harder because many of them have the same IP.

In my opinion I think zippyshare and 4shared are the best... No wait-per-download limit or anything else

I don't have any problems with downloading. WOrks perfectly. Ye, the 15 minutes waiting indeed, but many other sites have that too, some even longer, like Depositfiles (60 min.) and Hotfile (30 min.). The reason I started to upload full episodes now. Even when it's split in 2 parts, I upload them as 1 file instead of 2, so the 15 min. waiting is less annoying.

I think people should be really grateful for how much they get, all for free, rather than complaining...

And I personally don't really like rapidshare. Recently, they switched premium and regular download buttons, which was seriously lame marketing trick. They knew that if they do that, people won't notice instantly, and will click premium by accident, and somehow that will convince them to buy premium accounts. That's just lame  :/ With that being said, it's not worst host, yeah. I am pretty sure that waiting time is less than 15 min now, at least was that way for me. No more slot problems, which is good too. Though leads me to think that whole country slot deal was nothing more than a way to force people to buy accounts, either. I don't get full speed though, which is also really annoying.
