Where did you try to make it? What exactly did it say?
Only scenario I can think of is while you were writing the post, you were somehow logged out, and it didn't let you submit it, in which case you should've clicked the back button and copy all the text to notepad.
Happened to me, and it sucks big time. Now I never write long posts directly in the browser.

You can write but before you click post, or do any other action that could cause loss of text, do ctrl+a ctrl+c, or even if you don't do anything that could cause loss doing it now and then wouldn't harm at all.

i wonder f it had to do with the poll, unfortunately i tried to go back but the forms were empty, i think it said you were not allowed/permitted to post such a topic
so thanks Hypnotic, maybe you can delete this thread and I can make another one, or do we have an ASOT 450 thread already?
