Belgian music & publishing company set up in May 2003 as a continuation of the Bonzai labels, after the bankruptcy of the late Lightning Records NV/Lightning Records in March 2003.
Banshee Worx was formed by DJ Fly (owner & founder of the Bonzai trademark), Marnik Braeckevelt aka Marnix B (former International and A&R from Lightning Records) and 2 artists, DJ's & producers who were also part of the Lightning Records artist roster, Yves Deruyter & Laurent Véronnez aka Airwave.

Mainly operated under the label brand Bonzai Music until 2010. Since then, the company has been split up into two distinct divisions running entirely independent from each other: on the first side is Bonzai Progressive, with focus on House, Tech-House, Techno, Deep, Chill & Lounge (this department is under management of DJ Fly); on the other side the Subtraxx Recordings division with all Trance & Dance related labels (managed by Ville Lope).
