DJ Amaya has come a long way since releasing his third album, “Angel At Dawn”. After remixing a host of his favourite Japanese and Korean songs, placing them on various mixcompilations and playing shows in the United States, Sweden and Japan, the 33-year-old Eugene, Oregon native decided the time was right to live his dream. Once again jumping out of his comfort zone, DJ Amaya relocated to the land of his favorite media, Japan.

DJ Amaya was welcomed with open, family-like arms by his peers, DJ/producer collegues and the fans of his music in the Land of the Rising Sun. Unfortunately, his adventures were short-lived, as visa issues forced him to temporarily return to his hometown of Eugene, Oregon.

However, DJ Amaya is not one to let obstacles (visas or bigger things) inhibit him from achieving his dream. As 2014 drew to a close, he obtained another visa, giving him another chance to live his dream.

During his quest, he managed to craft an album full of his original work. The result is a 16 track journey that spans through Breakbeat, Deep House, Progressive House, Electro and Trance. As icing on the cake (and to show some love to the many DJs that support him), he threw in some extended, mixable versions of his recent works.

Through his fourth studio album, The Impossible Dream, DJ Amaya shows to the world that when you have a dream, nothing is impossible if you use whatever determination and means necessary to achieve it!
