Having previously found collaboration alchemy with Betsie Larkin through ‘Where Do We Go From Here’ and ‘Breathe You In’, a reteaming for the pair has become an evermore-requested one. One also long anticipated as ‘Indestructible’ – their new co-creation - marks the pair’s first rematch in six studio years.

Placing a momentary pause on the abiding uplift and floor elevation of Solarstone’s ‘3’ album, the track served a meditative midpoint oasis for his latest longplayer. Introspective of lyric and expressive of song, through it Betsie rhapsodically contemplates love’s indomitable side. Never less than poignant, its love-conquers-all message couldn’t be clearer.

Solarstone’s supporting production is a study in majestic slo-mo, with Richard fashioning nothing less than a tapestry through its soaring guitars, atmospherically charged piano and imaginative percussion arrangements.
