At the end of 2003, the first track under Mark’s own name came out: 'Mark Otten - Mushroom Therapy'. A beautiful progressive trance track which got released with a remix from none other than Armin van Buuren on the B-side of the vinyl.

For this week’s interview Twan from Muzikxpress sat down with Mark in the Artone Studios in Haarlem, to ask him about the story behind 'Mushroom Therapy'. Besides that, you will hear more as well about his job as a coach and of course we spoke about how Mark got involved with Martin Garrix and his work at the STMPD studios. And Mark also shares for the first time ever, why he isn't DJ-ing anymore at the moment.
