Btw Remco, have you ever tried 4shared? The waiting period is only 20 seconds for a download, although I don't know how long would a file last without downloading.

Ye, looked into that one as well. I think they don't have a limited storage period, but a free account has only 10GB of space. I will need at least 1,500 GBs of space. Maybe I will use those 10GBs for files that aren't downloaded much. A plus for Depositfiles is tho that I get an average of about $ 0.01 per download. Won't make me rich, but it will probably give me around $ 15-20 per month for my work

A file like this takes me about 17/18 minutes with Depositfiles. With the other links posted it often takes me about 40/50 minutes to download. So I don't think it's really slow to be honest.
