Ive been trying to come up with a lush synth lead reminiscent of the chorus in Tom Colontonio's Modern Madness, and Headless Horseman. Also its the main driver in PvD's "Get Back", "Far Away" and "We Are Alive" (I know Old School tunage  :hp. Its pretty common, i even hear it in some AvB tunes like "Love You More". I just really need to figure that out for a project im working on.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hmm well I think you should post a sample of what you mean Darren. Because there are several leads going on in the tracks you mentioned, i'm guessing it's based on Sawtooth wave, but an example of what you mean would be helpful.
