I don't have my headphones with me since I'm back home until tomorrow, so I can't give the best advice just yet. The lead sounds relatively easy to make. It sounds like maybe one square wave with very low attack, medium decay, and very low sustain, with maybe a high pass filter attached to give it a clear and sharp ring. There's a delay effect in there as well, likely about 1/8th beat on one side. Again, I need my headphones, but that should give some ideas for now. I don't know about the bass yet.
