Just interested to see if anyone on this site has hosted a Trance & Progressive show?

Having a discussion with a friend last night he mentioned that a friend of his (whom I also know) runs a internet based station that has now secured a community radio licence.

The station is mainly DnB & Garage so I suggested getting a Trance & Progressive show on there to which he said you could present that as I'm up to date with current stuff.

Hopefully will be having a discussion with the station boss shortly, but would be a dream come true to be let loose on the airwaves playing banging tunes.

I used to on a (now defunct) internet radio station called DARadio.  It was from 2002-2004.

A lot of fun it was.  Used to stream live to the radio station from my studio.  Was quite a blast!

I had a radio show 6 years ago playing trance & progressive. I had a show once a week. I just loved finding tunes and putting them together harmonically. Still do of course, but I can't be bothered with follow up a mix every single week anymore. Besides, everyone is just listening to the big names anyway. Now I spend my time listening to, playing in clubs or producing the shit instead.

2 of my mates have recently started their own shows. They are loving it atm and I'm loving getting involved now and again although not in the studio.

One of them are doing a weekly show called Tranced and the other is doing a monthly show called Trance Express.

Got in touch with a few PR's / management companies etc and got a few guest mixes already from Tom Colontonio, RaM, Bart Claessen, Dan Stone and have more for future shows. Think the guest mixes obviously attract a more listeners and more downloads.
