#12 is the remix he played a lot in his 2011 tour so it's probably his own remix. It is quite often labeled as Push - Universal Nation (Remix)

Edit: after some digging I found the version of Universal Nation. I was right about 1 thing, it was Markus' work.

Strange that it's still labelled as ID. It was actually already labelled in August as this:

Yeah, you're right. Maybe it's the guy who ID'ed them didn't know the track or something.

Also, it is strange that he played this track twice, in less than a 30 minute period. First he played it with Mr. Pit, then again when he was alone on the decks.
