My friend and I are flying to london this summer from late june through mid-july and going to backpack to other countries in the area including amsterdam, germany, spain. Super Stokeddd because we've always wanted to go and it's finally going to happen!  :D  we also love trance/dance/house/electro music and we're wondering if anyone knew of any music festivals or performances going on during our trip. or any recommendations for any clubs, lounges with great music as well. Not only limited to music, where are some awesomme places to stop by to get a feel for the culture and what not?; from those of you who already live there or have visited europe

Make sure you're in the Netherlands at the 3rd and 4th of July and go to the Luminosity Beach Festival in Zandvoort, not far from Amsterdam and easy to reach by train. Been there last year and it was AMAZING!

Ministry of Sound usually has the best trance events in London. Fabric is meant to be one of the best clubs too.
As I've heard The Cross nightclub is mainly trance-based so most nights would be good :D

+1 to that.

I recommend going to Luminosity if you can. I will go one year, not this year obviously as i'll be in the states. I do think though that it's one of the fastest growing events, and will be up there with Trance Energy, Mysteryland etc. one day.
