There are some great tunes that he left out imo.

Mike Foyle - Pandora (The Blizzard Remix) & Orjan Nilsen - La Guitarra to name a couple.

I think it's a good tracklistng, and nice to see some unheard tracks on there. Shame he missed La Guitarra out yes, but at least there's a bit of Orjan Nilsen on the tracklist!

Yeah, several of these I've never seen. Looks good though. I think Super8 & Tab - Elektra, Energy Reflect vs. Arctic Moon - Cold Planet and Black Pearl - Coral Sea should all really have been on there. La Guitarra would have been nice too.

A lot of great new tracks can be released the next 3 months. Don't they count for 2008 anymore?

Nice tracklisting though. Lot of great tracks are also missing.

Vengeance - Temptation being one of them. Definately one of the best tracks of 2008! Tbh, after DJ Eremit - Tanz Der Seele, the best track of 2008!

Elektra is another one missing, definately.

Good to see Thomas Bronzwaer in it though

It's late actually. The ASOT compilations were usually released by May, but this one was postponed because of the release of Imagine.

That's totally rediculous. How can you make an annual compilation when only 1/3 of the year has passed?

Yes I agree. I think all ASOT's should be released at this time.

Heh, State of Trance 2004 came out in March 2004 (not even a 1/4 into the year.) So, obviously the songs that were from 2004 were released extremely early in the year like Escape (Phynn Mix), Introspection (John Askew Mix), Alba, and the likes, and a lot of those weren't even produced in 2004.

Well, maybe it called ASOT 2008 because it's ASOT 2008. Not the songs of 2008.

My girlfriend walked in the door with a fresh (unreleased) ASOT - 2008 today. We are sitting and listening to Cd 1 - On The Beach Track 04 as I write this, and until now I really wish I was at the beach with a drink in my hand and this cd playing. Looking forward to go through the whole thing.

I suck at reviews, but I try to give mine as soon as I'm done listening.

We need better weather for that in Holland
