Suggestion for the site -

i'm new to TP and i've been around for a few days. the forum design/structure/colors/features are absolutely incredible. i find it easy and fun to write topics and replies.

the only issue that bothers me is in the recent discussions page and "sidebar" on the right at the main TP website. i wanna discover and read what threads are active and being discussed. it's really hard to tell apart the topics in which people are commenting and the topics about radio shows. i don't mean to be rude but is there anyone who even opens them? and even if some people do it's to glance at the tracklist and then close it.

if more people support me on this is it possible not to include posts about radio shows in "recent discussions"? someone who is interested can go to the specific subforum and explore the topics there.

what are everyone's thoughts on this?

That's a valid point. How about we split the radio shows and live set topics in a separate module and leave only the discussion topics in that one?

*raises hand* Yes, there are people that do listen to shows that don't have asot name on it. I'd hate having manually checking all the time, to be honest. This way, I can easily see my favorites uploaded and go get them. And no, I don't just look at tracklist, I listen :undecided: And to tell the truth, there isn't a whole lot of discussions going on, the sidebar shows the active ones just fine.

Is it technically possible to only get radioshows or livesets there after a first reply? Like this when there actually is a discussion going on there, it does show them and it still filters out most of them.

I split it into discussion topics and download topics. Is it better now?

We can show only those who have a certain number of replies, but that would make most of the topics practically invisible.

that also applies for releases but they aren't as much :)

it's just a thought though. the TP staff can decide if they'll do it or not

No the release topics are only there for one purpose: discussion. So they should be kept.
